Eddie Reader and Phil Cunningham and Aly Bain will stop off in Shetland on their rescheduled tours.

Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham tour to Mareel on Saturday 21 August at 7pm. Having toured together since 1986 to packed concert halls all over the world, Aly and Phil continue to charm audiences with their stunning music, and on-stage charisma that defies description.

Eddi Reader brings her 40 Years Live tour to Mareel on Wednesday 25 August 2021 at 7pm. In 2019, Eddi was invited to be a special guest with Jools Holland’s Rhythm & Blues Orchestra for an extensive tour, she released her ‘Starlight’ EP, played sold out headline shows and recorded a programme for BBC Radios’ Classic Scottish Album series about her Robert Burns recordings and recently appeared on Billy Connolly’s ‘Made In Scotland’ series (BBC).


Tickets for Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham on Saturday 21 August at 7pm in Mareel and Eddi Reader on Wed 25 August at 7pm and can be booked at shetlandarts.org. Tickets are also available to book in person at Mareel, Bonhoga and ShetlandMade at Sumburgh Airport, or by calling the box office on 01595 745 500.

Shetland Arts are selling tickets to these on the assumption that no physical distancing will be required at the time. If Scottish government pandemic guidelines have an impact, we will let all ticket holders know and offer refunds if appropriate.
