HNC Music

If you answered 'yes' to the above, this course is for you - it provides a strong grounding in core disciplines which allow you to develop and enhance your musical skills and understanding of the creative industries.

You will have opportunities to perform your music locally and further afield, and you can study full time or part time to suit your personal and professional circumstances.

The course is delivered in Mareel and makes full use of the venue’s state of the art facilities.

Entry Requirements

Applicants should hold at least one of the following qualifications:

• 1 Scottish Higher at grade C or above;
• 1 A level at grade D or above;
• NC Music

Prospective students without the standard entry requirements as listed above are encouraged to apply. You will be asked to attend an audition and interview to assess your musical ability.

Instrumental or vocal ability equivalent to AB grade 4/5 is required.
