Shetland Arts promotes a year-round programme of music, craft, theatre, literature, visual arts, dance and film events. We run Mareel, Bonhoga Gallery and the Garrison Theatre. Avoid posting any personal information concerning yourself and others; including email addresses, phone numbers, home or business addresses. These posts will be removed.

Use language that is respectful and inclusive. Please refrain from making comments on personal attributes of individuals featured in our content, such as their appearance, voice, or mannerisms. Any comments or posts that are discriminatory, hateful, or exclusionary based on personal characteristics—including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion—will not be tolerated.
Offensive comments or posts that harass others will be removed and may also be blocked or banned.
3. Stay Relevant
We want to hear your point of view, but we do ask that, when joining a discussion, you keep on topic and don’t post comments, links, videos, or images on unrelated posts. We may remove any off-topic posts or comments, particularly if it is repeated multiple times across unrelated posts.

Our Social Media is monitored between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding UK national holidays. We aim to respond quickly to inquiries, but it may not always be possible for us to respond to your query via social media.
