Civic Soup is an Edinburgh-based collective, founded in 2016, focusing on inclusive and participatory design processes. They engage with diverse communities to encourage people to take an interest in, and ownership of, our built environment. Through community-focused workshops to design and build projects; installations to performances; they draw from a breadth of experience in order to meaningfully engage with people and place. Their work is driven by the local, be it people, knowledge, heritage, craft or nature.
