SHETLAND Arts has announced that due to the popularity of Shetland Noir, Noir Cards for this year’s Shetland Noir festival are now in very limited supply, however individual tickets to the headliner guest events and day passes will be going on sale in early April, along with the announcement of the full festival programme.

The festival is due to take place from Thursday 15 – Saturday 18 June. It will celebrate all things crime writing with a programme packed full of internationally known writer events, workshops, panel discussions and outings, all curated by patron Ann Cleeves with support from Marsali Taylor.

A Noir Card entitles the purchaser entry to all Shetland Noir events during the festival. Confirmed headline guests include Richard Osman, Val McDermid, Elly Griffiths, Martin Edwards, Dr James Grieve Shona Maclean and Carole Johnston, more information available here.

The remaining Noir Cards are available to purchase online here, in person at the Box Office in Mareel, or by calling on 01595 745 500 during opening hours of 10am-9pm, Tuesday – Sunday.
