Competition: A Reel for Mareel

Fiddle Frenzy will be taking place in Shetland Arts’ new venue, Mareel, this year and to celebrate, we’d like to invite you to compose a tune! It must be a reel and will be titled Reel Mareel. The winning entry will be played at a concert during Fiddle Frenzy week by an artist of our choice.

The closing date for entries is Saturday 30 June.

Your entry must be in notation; no recordings will be accepted. We will accept multiple entries.

To enter, submit a manuscript and your name, address, telephone number and email address. Do not put your name and/or contact details on the manuscript, please provide these separately.
