Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as Operations Manager.

About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a high standard of customer care across Shetland Arts. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you’ll lead our customer-facing teams and oversee the day-to-day operation of our Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar and Catering services, ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming, high-quality experience.

What are the details?

  • Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week). Flexible working is expected, including evenings and weekends
  • Salary: £33,153 – £41,600
  • A PVG is required for this role
