Customer Service Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Customer Service Supervisor.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day running of Shetland Arts’ venues, helping to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience across box office, front of house, the café bar, retail and events.

You’ll also supervise staff on shift, ensuring high service standards are met, tasks are completed efficiently, and customers receive a friendly and professional welcome. You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of events.

What are the details?

  • Hours: 15/22.5/30/37 hours
  • Salary: £29,676 – £35,152 (pro rata)
  • Mix of days, nights and weekends, based in Mareel
  • Due to licensing regulations, the Customer Service Supervisor must be aged 18 or over.
