Customer Service Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Customer Service Assistant.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of Shetland Arts’ venues, helping to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience across box office, front of house, the café bar, retail and events.

What are the details?
- Hours: 15/22.5/30/37 hours and casual
- Salary: £25,877.80 FTE
- Mix of days, nights and weekends, based in Mareel
