Join our Customer Services team!

Shetland Arts is on the lookout for Full-Time Customer Service Supervisors to join our team. You'll play an important part in delivering a top-notch, customer-first experience across our Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar, Retail, and Foyer services.

This role is based at Mareel, but you may be asked to work across our other venues when required.

What are the details?

  • This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), working across Front of House and the Café Bar.
  • Salary: £26,918 - £31,883 per annum.
  • Varied shift times (days, evenings, weekends).
  • Mareel is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday. Successful applicants will be expected to be available to work on any of these days, with Monday as a guaranteed day off.
