Join our Customer Services team!
Are you passionate about the arts and love working with people? We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to help us deliver a top-notch experience at Mareel across our Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar, Retail, and Foyer services.
This role is based at Mareel, but you may be asked to work across our other venues when required.

What hours are available?
We have a range of contracted hours available, to suit a range of availabilities:
- Full-time: 37hrs/week
- Part-time: 30hrs, 22.5hrs or 15hrs/week.
This advert is for full-time/part-time positions only, we will not be offering casual positions at this time.
Successful candidates must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings on rotation.
What are the details?
- Salary: £23,088 (pro rata). We are an accredited Real Living Wage employer.
- Varied shift times (days, evenings, weekends).
- Mareel is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday - availability will be discussed at interview.
