We're looking for Crowd Safety Assistants to join our team!
As a Crowd Safety Assistant, you will:
- Ensure the efficient, effective and successful delivery of crowd management with a focus at all times on customer service and safety;
- Respond quickly and calmly to a variety of situations;
- Support our Customer Services Supervisors during events;
- Be part of the team that establishes an excellent reputation of service, quality and experience in Mareel or if requested any external, Shetland Arts event.
Applicants must be SIA badge holders.
Rate: £19.47 per hour.
