The deadline for the latest round of ‘Visual Artist Awards – Shetland Arts in partnership with Scottish Arts Council’, is upon us! To be eligible you need to be resident in Shetland for at least 12 months prior to applying and be a visual artist with an established body of work. Applications are invited for travel, exhibition costs, materials, equipment, etc., that you can demonstrate will help you in your individual creative and professional development as a visual artist. Deadline for receipt of applications is: 5pm Friday 5 February.
The scheme is jointly funded by Shetland Arts, Scottish Arts Council, and Shetland Islands Council Economic Development Unit.
