In the fourth of a series of interviews for our new ShetlandMade exhibition, Cecil Tait, local furniture designer, talks about the inspiration and production of his bespoke furniture. Cecil is based in Ireland, Bigton overlooking St Ninian Isle, designing and making by hand a range of unique furniture which can be modified to fit customers exact specifications, using traditional techniques in innovative ways.
His work can be seen in the ShetlandMade exhibition at Bonhoga Gallery from 31 March - 20 May.
