Following discussions at The Garrison Theatre and Global Yell earlier this year, Shetland Arts is inviting members of the public to take part in a survey to gather thoughts and views from interested parties on what their hopes and ambitions are for the future development of Visual Arts and Crafts in Shetland.
The survey includes only one question: What are your priorities for the development of the visual arts and craft in Shetland? Thirteen key points and phrases, highlighted as being important during the meetings, have been listed. Users are asked to select the five statements which they feel best describe their priorities for the development of Visual Art and Craft in Shetland. Graeme Howell, General Manager of Shetland Arts, said: “Having already been through this process with the Theatre community, these surveys have been invaluable in gauging the public’s priorities for development in the arts.
