Following discussions at The Garrison Theatre in early January, Shetland Arts is inviting members of the public to take part in a survey to gather thoughts and views from interested parties on what their hopes and ambitions are for the future development of theatre in Shetland.

The survey includes only one question: what are your priorities for the development of theatre in Shetland? Thirteen key points or phrases that have been highlighted as important will be listed. Users are asked to select the five statements which they feel best describe their priorities for the development of theatre in Shetland. The survey should only take a few minutes of your time and can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HPTDNN3.

Graeme Howell, General Manager of Shetland Arts, said: “If you are passionate about the future of theatre in Shetland we are keen to know what your priorities are. The meetings in January were very useful and this is an opportunity for those involved to continue in the development process.  It is also an ideal way for those people who weren’t able to attend the earlier meetings to have their say on this important topic. We are keen to gather wide feedback from the public to enlighten us about what you feel is most important for the future of theatre in Shetland.”
