The Lower Gallery at Bonhoga features a selection of contemporary prints and photographs from both emerging and established UK and local artists, with all work for sale and available to take away on purchase.
This month we are featuring the work of emerging local artist Keira Jem Thomson. Keira studied for a NC in Art and Design at Shetland College before moving to Glasgow to complete an HNC in Fine Art. She continues her studies in Glasgow with photography but loves her time home creating lino cuts inspired by Shetland nature. Creative talent runs in the family, her mother is Coleen Thomson of Yala jewellery who is currently exhibiting as part of ShetlandMade.
