A picture is worth a thousand words, use your photography skills to tell a story in 6 photos from one of the themes; home, blyde or climate. You can use any type of photography to convey your story, so let your imagination run wild. This challenge is open to anyone based in Shetland, regardless of your technical ability. All the entries will be part of Bonhoga’s next exhibition, those who tell the best story from the 3 themes will be chosen by a public vote and receive £50 Shetland Arts vouchers.

We'd like your story to consist of 6 photographs, no more, no less
Photographs should have been taken during the open call period in December 2022
The photographs should reflect one of the themes - feel free to interpret the themes as imaginatively as you like. Have some fun!
Only photographs submitted by midnight on 3rd January 2023 will be accepted
All photographs entered will be exhibited at Bonhoga, unless they are deemed offensive by our team.
Camera Centre are printing all entries free of charge. Just upload your images to their photo printing website, add your contact details and the team at Camera Centre will print the images and deliver them to Shetland Arts for exhibiting at Bonhoga in January.

‘Review and order’ page, select ‘no border’
In the ‘add comment’ box write ‘Focus photography challenge’
Checkout - select ‘pick up in store’ (you won’t need to collect the photos, this just ensures you don’t have to pay to complete the process)
‘Continue to payment’ - enter name and email address
You will receive a confirmation email - ignore the instructions about collecting and payment.
